The 7th Adrian Curlewis Twilight Masters

A fun event with some serious (?) competition - folowed by the presentation, bbq and drinks at the club.
Teams:
Maximum number of teams: 32
Each team to consist of 4 competitors - one must be female or over 50.
Composite Teams (from more than one club) are allowed - we may be able to assist with filling a composite team.
Members: all members must be over 30, proficient and financial - clubs must confirm all competitors comply.
Competition clothing: all competitors must wear a pink hi vis vest (not supplied). Club caps may be worn.
Events:
Swim team: 3 members per team - one must be female or over 50.
Board relay: 3 members per team - one must be female or over 50 - transition runner allowed.
Ski relay: 3 members per team - one must be female or over 50 - transition runner allowed.
Taplin+: 4 members per team - one must be female or over 50 - transition runner allowed.
Sprint relay: min. 3 members per team - one must be female or over 50 - one member can run twice.
Carnival running:
Divisions: the 32 teams will be divided into 2 divisions.
Pointscore: the points for the events will be factored by a premium based on team member gender and age.
Times:
Registration on the front lawn of the surf life saving club - 3.30 pm to 430 pm (all teams and members must be
registered by 4.30pm).
Team Captain Briefing: 4.40 pm on the beach - all teams must be represented to be able to compete.
Events start: 5.00 pm sharp - marshalling will commence at 4.50 pm.
Events conclude: 7.00 pm.
Presentation, bbq and drinks to commence around 7.30 pm.

Venue: back lawn of the surf life saving club.
family and friends: are welcome - food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Parking and Equipment:
Please note, only vehicles with current Northern Beaches Council parking stickers will have free parking.
Cancellation:
The club reserves the right to postpone or cancel some or all of the events if conditions are deemed unsafe or
unsuitable. Entry fees are not refundable.

Entry Fees:
Per Team: $100 (provided payment is received prior to December 31st) or $120 (if received after December 31st
or on the day. Individual competitors: $25 (provided payment is received prior to December 31st) or $30 (if
received after December 31st or on the day).
Includes: carnival entry, food and drink vouchers for competitors
Limited numbers: as the event is limited to 32 teams, entry acceptance will be based on the order of receipt of
payment confirmation. Once the limit has been reached, no further entries can be accepted (even on the day)
