SPRING BEDDING PLANTS
for Collection or Delivery 6th May 2017
High quality plants from the same top nursery supplier as previous years.
The supplier is one of the top nurseries in the country and they have always supplied us very good quality plants.
Our commission is included in the price and they still prove to be cheaper than you’ll find at most DIY & garden
centres. We choose not to supply the plants until early May to help reduce your risks from frost as far as possible.
If this form has been delivered by hand we will call back to see if you wish to place an order. If you do, then please
fill out the order form and have it ready for collection together with the cash or cheque. Any problems please
phone.
If you have downloaded the order form from our website www.3rdashton.com/plantsale you will need to
contact us on one of the numbers below so that we know where to collect the completed form from. It is not
possible to place the orders online.
To allow time to place the bulk order we must receive all orders by SATURDAY 29th APRIL along with full payment.
All cheques should be made payable to 3rd ASHTON SCOUT GROUP
The bulk order will be delivered to our Scout Hut on Brayton Avenue, on SATURDAY 6th MAY. We will pick the
individual orders and they will be ready for collection from 12 until 2pm that afternoon.
BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT we can deliver them in the Sale (M33 area) on Saturday 6th May for an additional
charge of £2.00 all of which will be donated to Barnardo’s. Don’t forget to include your address with postcode. If
you are not going to be in please indicate where you would like the order leaving.
You can help us raise much needed funds by ordering your spring bedding plants through our Group. All of the
funds raised will be used for the benefit of the Beavers, Brownies, Cubs and Scouts. Why not ask your family,
friends, colleagues and neighbours. You can download additional order forms or contact us by phone for more.
In addition, as part of our 90th Anniversary Celebrations we are looking to raise additional money for our
chosen charity, Barnardo’s. Any donations welcome.
