The TEC-Module offers exceptional wavelength and power stability, (better than 1%), good pointing accuracy and
significantly increased laser diode lifetime.
The module incorporates temperature control electronics, thermo electric cooler and heat sink that enables the laser diode
temperature to be controlled to a set point temperature between 15°C to 35°C (adjustable) and with a stability of ±0,05°C.
