Tickets
Please make sure you have purchased your child’s performer ticket from the website www.chance2.dance. This must be
done by Friday 9th October otherwise your child will be unable to perform. Spectator tickets must be purchased by the 16th
October. Please remember to purchase your tickets for the 11am show.
Travel Arrangements and Schedule of the Day
Everyone needs to be at the Drayton Manor Hotel by 8:30am. Please see the below chart for your travel arrangements. If I
am taking you or you are getting a lift from another dance parent please note you will need to meet at Turves Green Boys
School at 7:30am. When driving to the venue please use the postcode B783SA in your sat nav. Parking is free.

What your child needs to bring on the day?
 Please arrive in the AGSOD vest top, AGSOD hoodie and black bottoms or the AGSOD joggers (if you do not have
these items please arrive in all black)
 COSTUME 1: Red dress, matching red hot pants, shimmer tights stirrup and bare feet
 COSTUME 2: Silver/black leotard, black fringe hot pants, shimmer tights, black leg warmers, black sneakers or jazz
shoes
PLEASE LET ME KNOw ASAP IF YOUR COSTUME DOES NOT FIT! FEEL FREE TO ALTER THE STRAPS TO SUITE!
 HAIR: Please arrive with your hair in a slick high ponytail with a black bobble (see picture). Bring with you hair
spray, comb, brush and grips/pins encase we need to do hair touch ups
NO NEED TO WRAP HAIR AROUND THE BOBBLE, BUT IT SHOULD BE SLICK, HIGH
AND THE PONYTAIL NICE AND STRAIGHT
 MAKE UP: Please arrive with your foundation on. You will need to bring with you black mascara and black eyeliner.
The rest of the make-up will be supplied and put on by the dance school
 Deodorant, small towel, sanitary products, baby wipes
 FOOD/DRINK: Lots of water and snacks. (Packed lunch or money to buy something if they are going round the
park after)
 Dancers who are going round the park after the show will need suitable clothes and footwear to change into and a
waterproof jacket. You can leave any bags you don’t need in my car whilst we go round the park

know ASAP so that I have up to date details for the day
