Registration of Firms for the supply of HDPE & Aluminum-based
Sprinkler Irrigation System for 2011-12.
Ref:
This office letter No. 3827-32/TA-II(SC) dated 7-12-2011.
Kindly refer to the subject and reference cited above. The revised/ updated
Check List along with amended rates wherever required is enclosed herewith for
information and further necessary action at your end.
It is made clear that1. Wherein, expiry of Licence period is more than one month as per
Check List, such applications shall not be considered for estimation
& the rates of the firm shall stand withheld till submission of
renewed copy of Licence to the Directorate.
2. For quality assurance, the Sample of pipes of Sprinkler Set supplied
by the firms must be drawn as per Guidelines which has already
been circulated vide this office letter dated 7-12-2011.
3. It is again reiterated that Strict surveillance shall be kept for
ensuring proper implementation of Guidelines. The Guidelines are
available on the departmental website i.e. www.agriharyana.nic.in.
4. Copy of empanelled/registered Firms, Check List and Rates can be
downloaded from the departmental website.
5. Copy of this circular along with enclosures is also being e-mailed to
all Additional Deputy Commissioners and Deputy Directors of
Agriculture in the State for information and necessary action at their
end.
Other terms and conditions would remain same and it is made clear that any
deviation from the Guidelines as circulated earlier or as mentioned herein shall be viewed
seriously and attract strict action.

subsidy claim bills.
2. Firms categorized as Not Eligible/ Rates withheld would be

shall be black-listed.
