Rock and Win– Official Rules
Promotional Period & Eligibility
1. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park (HRRNP) will conduct “Rock and Win” from June 16, 2017 to
September 15, 2017.
2. Patrons may qualify by enrolling in the Rock Star Rewards program within the months of June, July,
August and until September 15, 2017.
3. Mail, email and telemarketing invitational reminders may be distributed to qualified invitees.
Prizes & Complimentaries:
1. Prizes will consist of tickets to attend Blossom Music Center events.
2. On June 17, 2017, at approximately 3:00 PM, six (6) winners will be selected for:
a. 1st Two (2) VIP concert tickets each
b. 2nd – 6th Two (2) lawn concert tickets each
3. On July 21, 2017, at approximately 3:00 PM, six (6) winners will be selected for:
a. 1st Two (2) VIP concert tickets each
b. 2nd – 6th Two (2) lawn concert tickets each
4. On August 2, 2017, at approximately 3:00 PM, six (6) winners will be selected for:
a. 1st Two (2) VIP concert tickets each
b. 2nd – 6th Two (2) lawn concert tickets each
5. On September 15, 2017, at approximately 3:00 PM, six (6) winners will be selected for:
a. 1st Two (2) VIP concert tickets each
b. 2nd – 6th Two (2) lawn concert tickets each
6. If winner(s) do not have a phone number or email listed on their account, a second drawing will
be conducted until six (6) winner(s) with an email or phone number on their account is chosen.
7. Winner(s) will be notified by approximately 5:00 PM on the drawing dates listed above.
8. If winner(s) do not claim within 24 hours, a redraw will take place. A redraw will take place until
all winners are found. If twenty four hours prior to the show guests have not claimed their
tickets, the tickets will be forfeited.
General Rules:
1. All times referred to in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
2. Must be a HRRNP Rock Star Rewards member (unless otherwise stated) to participate and claim all
prizes.
3. Must be 21 years of age or older to be a HRRNP Rock Star Rewards member.
4. No purchase necessary to become a HRRNP Rock Star Rewards member.
5. A valid government issued photo ID is required (unless otherwise stated) to verify age, identity and
claim all prizes.
6. Participants agree to the use of his or her first name, city & state and photograph for advertising and
promotional purposes without charge or additional compensation.
7. Persons on the Hard Rock Rocksino Self Exclusion List are not eligible to participate in this program.
8. Employees of Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park and their families (family members that live with
the Team Member), employees of vendors permanently assigned to work at Hard Rock Rocksino
Northfield Park and their family (family members that live with the Vendor), tour operators, their
agents and employees, agents of advertising agencies and promotional companies and their
immediate family members, as well as agents, successors and assignees may not participate in any
Rocksino promotion whereby their winning would subsequently cause another Hard Rock Rocksino
Players Club member to miss an opportunity to win a promotional prize or gift.
9. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, cash coupons, or
lost/misdirected mail.
10. All prizes and program benefits are not transferable between patrons unless otherwise noted.
Determination will be made at the sole discretion of Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park.
11. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right to refuse prize awards and/or complimentary
redemptions if it is determined that the true card holder is not present or that coupons or a
complimentary reward have been changed, altered or tampered with in any way.
12. Hard Rock Rocksino may disqualify any person based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or any violation of
program rules or other misconduct.
13. Participation in a promotion or program with a Players Club Card that is not assigned to the
participant voids any awards and/or prizes.
14. Play or gaming activity without the use, or the improper use of a valid Players Club Card will not be
counted.
15. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure their Players Club card is used properly in accordance
with these rules.
16. Use of a Hard Rock Rocksino Players Club card indicates acceptance of these Official Rules.
Furthermore, participation in this promotion constitutes entrants agreement to abide by the rules
of this promotion.
17. Participation in this promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to use and/or publicize the winner’s
name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional material.
18. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud or
violation of promotional rules or other misconduct related to the promotion or otherwise.
19. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right to award bonus entries via advertising, direct
mail or other promotional means.
20. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Hard Rock Rocksino
Northfield Park management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned and
that the decision shall be final and binding to all contestants.
21. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Management reserves the right to void any entry, and/ or alter,
cancel or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice to customers.
22. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park Management cannot alter, cancel, or modify this promotion
without approval from the Ohio Lottery Commission.
23. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park is not responsible for any player tracking system malfunctions or
failures. However, in the event of such an occurrence, Hard Rock Rocksino will provide entries for
VLT players in a manner deemed fairest by management.
24. If unforeseen and unavoidable technical difficulties occur such as power outages, kiosk malfunctions,
etc., Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park reserves the right to select winners through an alternate
random method or reschedule the drawing to the next available time or date.
25. By participating in the Promotion, members agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error
in these Official Rules, or the Promotion itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by
all decisions of the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park, whose decisions are binding and final.
Winners may be required to complete a W-9 and/or Press Release. Participants agree to hold
harmless the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or
damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any drawing
related activity, or participation in a drawing. Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park is not responsible
for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by their advertising or promotional
agencies.
26. Copies of these promotional rules will be available to the public upon request at the Players Club.
27. Prizes awarded during Gift Giveaways are always while supply lasts, unless otherwise stated. No Free
Play substitution permitted per OLC Regulations.
