AHM will write to all tenants advising of a date for tenancy audit
and estate inspection during 2016.
Are now on a rolling programme for all
tenanted Hastoe properties.
Estate inspections happen every quarter

Universal Credit (UC) is a new benefit
replacing 6 existing benefits:
2016 onwards
UC has gone live in Huntingdon District from 29 February 2016
*At this time it will only affect single people making new claims.

Grounds maintenance – 18 visits per year (twice month in
summer)
If your existing benefit claim is stopped for any reason, when it is
reactivated it will be a UC payment.
