A Candle Lit Show brings Indie Acts to Historic Venue
For Unique Concert Experience on February 1

Tacoma, WA – In partnership with Broadway Center for the Performing Arts and Immanuel Presbyterian Church Blues
Vespers, The Warehouse continues its concert series, A Candle Lit Show, on February 1 at the historic Immanuel
Presbyterian Church. Musical acts in the line-up include Bryan John Appleby, Josiah Johnson (of The Head and the Heart)
with Carleigh Aikins, and headliner, Ellensburg alt-country singer Star Anna. Tickets are on sale now, and are offered at a
discounted pre-sale rate through January 25.
Singer-songwriter Bryan John Appleby has toured with Deep Sea Diver, Hey Marseilles, and The Head and the Heart. After
the successful release of his album, Fire on the Vine, Appleby continues to write folk songs from his home in Seattle. Josiah
Johnson of Sub Pop Record’s The Head and the Heart and Carleigh Aikins, a multi-disciplinary artist based in Toronto, will
perform both together and as solo acts as part of an intimate tour of smaller venues this winter. Star Anna is an
Ellensburg-born, Seattle-based vocalist and rhythm guitarist whose music is often categorized as Americana or alt-country.
Advance tickets for A Candle Lit Show are on sale now through January 25 for $13; tickets purchased after January 25
