Dear Comrades,
In view of the Indefinite strike given by Joint Action Committee CHQ from 20 th April 2010,
following instructions should be adhered to by all District Secretaries.
(1) Joint Action Committee should be formed at SSA levels with District Secretary NFTE as
Chairman and District Secretary BSNLEU as Convener. This is same as being done at CHQ
level.
(2) Joint Action Committee should hold press conference on 19th April 2010 at the SSA head
quarter and should ensure vide publicity in Electronic and Print media highlighting the issues
on which strike is being called by Joint Action Committee.
(3) All office bearers of JAC should ensure that indefinite strike is observed
from 20th April 2010 in total by all executives, Non-executives and agenda given
by CHQ is strictly followed.
(4) It should be clearly told to members that “No Work, No Pay” principal will be
followed.
(5) Office Bearers of Joint Action Committee should further ensure that proper report from
SSA is sent to Circle Office.
(6) Joint Action Committee should write letter to SSA Head informing them about the
indefinite strike from 20th April 2010. Notice given by the CHQ should be attached with that.

(B) Poster to be printed is given at Annexure II and should be given vide publicity across
district.
(C ) Salient points of strike is given at Annexure III for vide publicity.

BSNL presided over by ITS officers in collusion with
JTOs, SDEs, DEs and DGMs.

enough of telling ministers and bureaucrats to get
lost and not interfere in the business policies of the
Company.
