STALL APPLICATION FORM
The Market @ Darling Wild Flower Show

I Love Yzer is proud to be part of one of Darling’s main calendar events of the year and will be
organising The Market at the Darling Wild Flower Show in September. The show welcomed
approx. 7000 visitors to the last year, and this will be the centenary of the shows existence.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The market will be open from 09h00-17h00 on Thursday to Saturday; 09h0016h00 on Sunday.
Craft Stall Fee: R800 for the weekend
Edible / Food Stalls Fee: R1100 for the weekend
Undercover Marquee Stall Fee: R1200 for the weekend
Stallholders are required to stay the full 4 days.
Please note that you will be invoiced for the total amount. Once payment in full is received
your space will be secured.
STALLS & SITES:
1.
Stalls will be allocated as the event co-ordinators see fit, we will do our utmost to
ensure an appropriate stand for all stallholders and any special requests.
2.
Presentation is VERY IMPORTANT. Your trading space/stand/table must be
presentable and styled to create an upmarket look and feel. No boxes must be
visible to customers.

Stalls inside the Tent:
 There will be a limited number of undercover stalls inside the Tent. Should
you require one of these, please motivate this on your application form as we
have limited space and these stalls are in high demand.
 Inside spaces are 2m x 2m. Please bring your own table. No gazebo required.
Outside stalls:
 Stalls will be 3m x 3m.


Every vendor must have a 3x3 gazebo, chair and own table. We do not supply
gazebos or tables.
Double stands will be charged at double the stand fee.
FOOD STALLS:
1.
No Electricity will be available for food stalls – Gas is recommended. Please bring
your own equipment.
2.
All stallholders using flammable material such as gas must provide their own
portable fire extinguisher. No open fires allowed.
3.
All food stalls must have a certificate of acceptability for the preparation and selling
of food. (Please attach your certificate to the application form).
THE SET UP TIMES:
Wednesday 13/9 from 12:00 to 16:00 or 07:00 to 08:30 on Thursday 14/9. You should be
ready for trading at 09:00.
Vehicles to evacuate the trading area 30 min prior to trading start time.
Security over the period will be provided.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.
The market will take place regardless of weather conditions.
2.
All products must be original, creative and affordable.
3.
Only 4-day bookings can be done and you are not allowed to pack up earlier than
specified trading hours above.
4.
No sharing/sublet of stalls are permitted.
5.
Please do not bring your pets to the market.
6.
The organisers are not responsible for any LOSS or DAMAGE.
7.
The organisers cannot store equipment or provide accommodation.
8.
You may only sell the product as per your application form & photos.
9.
Your car may only be on the premises for offloading.
10.
Only 2 people allowed free entry per day / per stall space.
11.
Please note no refunds on cancellations 2 weeks prior to the show.
12.
The applicant hereby warrants that no stolen, counterfeit or illegal goods or services
will be sold or offered for consumption by them or any other person operating at
their stall during the event.
13.
The applicant hereby agrees that the organisers cannot be held responsible for any
Force Majeure, or the consequences thereof which may impact upon the event, or
stallholders or attendees at the event.
