organization. Considering the mission criticality of communication system, proposed maintenance

Fault diagnosis
Identification of faulty components
Replacement of faulty components by new one against approval on cost of parts.
Testing of sets after repair as per specifications
Inspection of repaired sets by manager inspection.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Above prices are for 1 single unit.
2. Above rates are applicable on 1-2 years old Radios and Add 10% cost in above prices for every
subsequent previous year.
3. The Total Repair Price is exclusive of sales Tax & Service tax as applicable & freight.
4. TAT would be max 2-4 weeks from the receipt of the radios at our service center in Delhi.
5. Repairs will be covered by 3 months warranty, only for the same defect.
6. Replacement of boards will be outside the scope of this scheme.
7. Payment Terms – Advance or as per mutual understanding.

Following will not be covered under AMC.
Battery – It does not contain any repairable part and hence cannot be covered under AMC.
Antenna – It also does not have any electronic part.
Adapter – It is a DC adapter and comes with fixed chamber. It is not repairable.
Any Physical damage to radio
Fault due to water seepage, fire exposition etc.
Completely dead radio.
