criteria stipulated in the Tender Document for Carrying out Provision, Build, Operate, Manage and
Monetize (OPEX MODEL) LED Digital Screens at Retail Outlets of HPCL in Select Cities- Screen Size
: 55’’ Inches.

Job will be awarded to Zone-wise Highest quoted Bidder. Highest Bidder (H1) shall
be ascertained Zone wise. The basis for arriving at H1 will be summation of no. of
outlets multiplied by city wise quote. Quote should be made for minimum 70%
numbers in each Zone. Bidders are free to quote for all the zones/individual zones.
There is no EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) or Tender Fee for this tender. This is basically income model
and the bidder’s quote resulting in highest revenue for HPCL shall be awarded the job. (Zone wise).
All other terms and conditions shall be as per Detailed scope document.
