For $60, you will purchase 12 monthly numbers all at once. (the same number) (There will be some exceptions made for individual ticket purchases such as: (i) individual ticket purchases the night of drawing will be available to “members” only, no “walk off the street” purchasing. (ii) An installment plan will be offered for ownership of 6 or more season numbers by one person) 2. Monthly prize. (1) $1,000 (1)$300 (1) $200 (6) $100. The drawing will be held on the 1st Saturday of each month @ 5pm. You do not need to be present to win. 3. Enrollment Applications for 2013 Season Numbers will begin on 11-‐1-‐12. Enrollment applications will be available @ the back of church, pastoral center, online @: stmaryrandolph.org or by calling 781-‐963-‐4141 4. Your purchase of a Season Number allows you to have fun while also supporting the Parish. Season Numbers will be great gifts for special events such as Christmas, Birthdays and many other events. Joe Sheehan 22 Seton Way, Randolph, MA 02368 RULES FOR THE 1,000 CLUB St Mary’s Wheel(er) of Fortune; Formerly known as the 1,000 club 1. Effective 1-‐1-‐13 2. All ticket (numbers) sales have to be a Season Ticket for 2013 (one season ticket will cover the same number for 12 consecutive months, unless purchased during the year) 3. Season Tickets can be purchased at any time during the year for 2013. (ie) someone might purchase a season ticket in mid-‐March. The ticket will be valid for 9 months; April through December 4. Some 2012 numbers will have already been paid for well into 2013. In those cases, we will credit the amount paid toward the new 2013 Season Ticket. The second option is to allow the 2012 numbers to continue into 2013 until it expires; then they are to be renewed by a season ticket. 5. Every year a new Season Ticket will be issued, (same number can be kept) 6. Season Tickets have to be paid for, in advance, before they are valid for drawing. 7. Exceptions to rule #6: • For those who have purchase 6 or more season tickets, an installment plan is available. The amount of tickets owned multiplied by $5, will be the amount needed to be paid each month towards the total purchase price; (ie) 10 season tickets will cost $600.00. The minimum monthly payment will be $50 per month. 8. Individual ticket (number) purchase will only be permitted at the drawing by a current Season ticket holder. “No off the street” sales to non-‐ticket holders. They have the option to register the night of the drawing to become a member, at which time, in addition to their new Season ticket, they can purchase another individual ticket if there are extras. 9 The Drawing will be held on the 1st Saturday of each month, in the lower church hall, as it always has been right after the 4pm mass. 10 The drawing method will be numbered cards (yellow) picked from a ticket drawing cage. If a number is drawn and the ticket has not been purchased, the number will be placed in a box, and a new number will be draw. This process will be ongoing until all prizes awarded. The same number cannot win on the same night. 11 Door prize $50.00 (same procedure that is currently in place) 12 Board prize $50.00 (same procedure that is currently in place) 13 Winners will be announced during the week by the next Bulletin and online 14 Checks will be cut and mailed to winners by the next Wednesday ; Check amounts being: (1) $1,000 (1) $300 (1) $200 (6) $100 total of $2,100 This set of rules is for: 1. 1,000 club members 2.
