Physical Effectiveness Pillar
Suggestions
• Allow cadet leadership during PT to increase
the intensity. Most of the corps are now used
to waking up for Regimental PT, however the
biggest complaint is that it is a waste of time
because it is a “Cake Walk” as stated by many.
• Create incentives that make people want to
do above the bare minimum; 270+ will let a
cadet skip one PT a week. 300+ will not
require a cadet to go to PT at all.
