I understand, agree and acknowledge that I was fully informed of the NO REFUND policy if I change my mind or I decide to discontinue attending the orchestra and/or any of the required related activities. The required $35 Audition Fee is due with the completed 2017-2018 Application for Admission and is non-refundable. A late payment charge minimum of $50 or 3% of the tuition/fees (sum, whichever is greater) due will be assessed if payment is not received by the 10th day after the due date. A $35 service charge will be imposed for each returned check. Irvine Classical Players reserves the right to suspend a student any time tuition payments become more than 30 days delinquent. The student may not participate in events or extracurricular activities, until payments are brought up-to-date. Irvine Classical Players reserves the right to dismiss a student or request parent(s), guardian(s) to withdraw a student with excessive absences ( more than 3 unexcused absences ) or unsatisfactory behavior according to the Irvine Classical Players policy. No tuition or fees paid for the current season year will be refunded. When the student terminates or withdraws his or her enrollment to transfer to another orchestra, for any reason, all unpaid tuition and charges become immediately due and payable. For families that pay for two or more years of tuition, no portion of tuition or fees paid will be refunded when a student terminates or withdraws his or her enrollment for the current season. Remaining future season(s) of tuition will be refunded. My obligation to pay tuition and fees unconditional and no portion of tuition or fees paid or outstanding for current season year will be refunded or canceled in the event of my student’s absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from the International Classical Players. As a parent/guardian, I understand that for each student accepted to either Ensemble there is a membership fee and activity fees. As a parent/guardian, I make a full commitment to help and provide support the ICP non-profit organization. All sectionals, dress rehearsals and concerts are mandatory. Students who do not attend dress rehearsals will lose the privilege to perform in the following concert. Advance notice is required in the event a student is unable to attend a rehearsal. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact ICP Management if I am unable to attend rehearsals or any other ICP events. I understand that I am allowed to miss a MAXIMUM of 3 EXCUSED rehearsals during the entire season. Unexcused rehearsal absences OR grater than 3 absences during the entire season will result in my immediate dismissal.
