Introduction
Cancer Research Wales is holding its inaugural Christmas Ball on Thursday 11 December at the
SWALEC stadium in Cardiff.
This black-tie Ball promises to be a fabulous evening with a sparkling drinks reception, a delicious
three-course dinner, great entertainment, dancing to a big band and a live auction and raffle.
Funds raised from this event will stay in Wales, funding vital cancer research projects.
Cancer Research Wales
The aim of Cancer Research Wales is to reduce the impact of cancer on the people of Wales
through supporting world class cancer research and education.
The priority of Cancer Research Wales is to fund research that will help to give brighter futures to
those affected by cancer. CRW is proud to guarantee that all money raised is spent in Wales. We
fund pioneering research projects carried out by internationally renowned scientists and PhD
students across the Principality, as well as Wales’ only specialist cancer library.
The charity’s supporters enable the charity to fund the highest calibre of research which has the
potential to benefit millions of lives worldwide, as well as those in local communities.
The aim is to create an event which will gain the enviable reputation as being one not to be missed
in both the business and social calendar in Wales and it is our intention to ensure that this continues
for many years to come.
This also provides you with a ‘stress-free’ option to book a fantastic Christmas party for your staff,
family, friends, colleagues or clients, while at the same time supporting this vital Welsh charity.

Headline Sponsor
The cost is £3,000 and the benefits package is:
 Two tables at the Ball (10 guests on each table)
 Acknowledged as headline sponsor on print and online activities
 Branding displayed on stage set
 Branding on screen displayed throughout the Dinner
 Branding on all printed promotional material such as posters and invitations
 Opportunity to display banners close to the stage

The cost is £1,200 and the benefits package is:

The cost is £1,000 and the benefits package is:
 Six guest places at the Ball
 Acknowledged as Band sponsor on print and online activities

Table Gift Sponsor
The cost is £750 and the benefits package is:
 Two guest places at the Ball
 Acknowledged as Table Gift sponsor on print and online activities

The cost is £250 and the benefits package is:
 One guest place at the Ball
