Planning to deliver your first session
•
Coaches pair up with the person who has been allocated the same topic.
You will each be delivering for 20 minutes to half of the group. Followed by
a group review
Discuss
• Your objective(s) for the session
• How you will set up your area and equipment
• The safety considerations
• What you will say at the start of the session
• How you are going to organise your groups
• What if any demonstrations you will give
• The key technical points.
• Time management
• How will you draw out the learning
• How you will conclude the session
