Description: The Regis Spring Camp offers beginning
players a chance to try the sport and experienced players a
chance to learn a few useful skills during the off-season.
Beginner players learn the basics and sticks are provided if
needed. Experienced players learn advanced skills and
receive opportunities to put those skills into practice in a
scrimmage.
Description: Due to construction on the fields, this year’s
summer camp will feature a combination of strength
building specific to field hockey and speed. All materials
are provided.

Description: The Rocky Mountain State Games are held
every year as a friendly competition among the Colorado
Teams. The tournament is open to anyone with knowledge
of the field hockey basics. Players play 6 full length games
over the course of the weekend. Playing time is guaranteed.
The team normally rents hotel rooms for the weekend, and
the close atmosphere helps to form lasting bonds before the
season. Two practices will be held the week leading up to
the tournament.
Description: This camp is designed to whip into shape all
players. Since many of the tested areas during tryouts
involve conditioning, this camp will be considered
preparation for tryouts. The big ideas for the season will
also be covered with the experienced players.

New Players: New players will condition for the first hour
and a half, followed by a course in the basics of field
hockey. No prior experience is necessary. All elements of
the game will be covered, and players should be ready to
tryout for the team the following week.
