Marcly Farms Equestrian Center is proud to host a Clinic With Ron Keller Sunday, March 24, 2013 Ron Keller, is the son of well known trainer Richard Keller who was honored as CPHA Horseman of the Year in 1999. Prior to opening Full Cry Farm, Ron worked under top horseman Carol Atkinson, former USET team member Charles Dennehy and Canadian Olympic Veteran Laura Tidball-Balisky. Ron has competed throughout North America in both hunters and jumpers. She joined the Saratoga Pony Club, and later began teaching and training at the Stanford Equestrian Center. She began moving up the levels on her mount, Shane, where they competed annually at Junior Championships earning several titles from Training Level through Fourth Level. In 2001, she and Shane earned a spot on the Region 7 Young Rider’s Team to represent Region 7 at the FEI North American Young Rider’s Championships in Chicago, Illinois. Two years later they competed at several Pan Am Games selection trials. Karen then acquired the mount, Cezanne, and showed him successfully through FEI Intermediare I, with scores in the 70’s. Karen’s current mount, Dimer, owned by Carolina White, is making his start this year at the Fourth Level and FEI Prix St. Georges, and shows great talent. The pair are earning scores in the 70’s at these levels. Karen has achieved many accomplishments throughout her career, including numerous year end CDS and USDF Championship awards, and World Championship titles. She is an accomplished FEI dressage trainer, rider and clinician.
