Notes
The link between the MEMBER and CERTCONTACT tables was changed from Certificationid to Statewicid since the
Certificationid updates in the MEMBER table when pseudo-certs are created.
The INNER JOIN between the CERTCONTACT and MIDCERTIFICATION tables was changed to a FULL OUTER
JOIN since not all participants have mid-certifications.
The MIDCERTIFICATION.Completeddate has an actual timestamp instead of the generic 12:00:00 AM timestamp. In
order for the report output to include the last date defined in the filter criteria (value in the Enter End Date PROMPT), the
timestamp had to be removed from the MIDCERTIFICATION.Completedate using CONVERT(date,field,101) in the SQL
WHERE statement.
For the Cert Date or MCA Date formula: The UserResponse( ) is a string and must be changed back to a datetime value for
the formula to work.
