I am the executive director of a non-profit organization, DAMS, INC, that educates the public about dental
mercury and other ways that dentistry may affect health. During our 23 year history we have helped over
100,000 information “clients,” so, although we do not operate dental or medical clinics of any kind, we have
daily contact with what is happening to people in the “real world.”
I have collected numerous reports of vaccine injury, both in children and adults, and based on study of
numerous scientific reports and discussions of the vaccine controversy, I have reached the following
conclusions:
Vaccinations are an inherently flawed approach to preventing infectious illnesses and disease. The use of a
needle injection to promote an anti-body response is inherently flawed because it mobilizes a response of the
humoral immune system without properly engaging the cellular immune system the way an infection normally
does. This is like designing a car with an accelerator but no brakes. It is the cellular immune system that
keeps the immune response under control, and turns it off when appropriate. Lacking natural controls, the
vaccine is likely to warp immune function. The more of this un-natural process – vaccination – takes place,
the more warped and damaged the child’s immune system is likely to be. The results may be quick and
dramatic, such as anaphylaxis, convulsions or Guillain-Barre syndrome, or more delayed and subtle such as
allergies, juvenile arthritis, autism and ADHD, to name just a few.
The children born in the 1990s in the US were the most vaccinated children in the history of the world and
they became the sickest. The data points to environmental causes and points to causes within the US Public
Health system itself as, for example, autism grew about 10 fold during the 1990’s in every state of the US, but
not similarly in any country in Europe or elsewhere in the world. Learning disabilities grew thirty-fold during
the same decade. Every educator can tell you that the autism explosion and the explosion in other childhood
problems such as asthma, juvenile arthritis and ADHD is real, not an artifact of better testing. The CDC and
NIH attempt to throw suspicious at “genetic” causes of this explosion is a pathetic attempt to cover-up the
efforts of top independent scientists to reveal the vaccine program as a leading factor in causing a childhood
health disaster.
The vaccinated children of the 1990s were also the most mercury –exposed children in the history of the
world, and there, genetic susceptibility is what determined which children became autistic and which did not.
The autistics were not born that way; rather, they regressed – become autistic following vaccinations in the
vast major of cases. As mercury scientist Boyd Haley and others have proven, there is a synergy between
mercury and testosterone. The presence of testosterone makes mercury more toxic; estrogen is protective.
Hence it is easily explained why 80% of the autistic children are boys and why the more severely autistic
babies are boys.
I do not claim that mercury or vaccinations are the only environmental insults that are factors in the
childhood health problems that started with the escalation of the childhood vaccine mandates and continue
on today. But it behooves the Departments of Health and their federal master, the CDC, to explain how any
new proposed policy will address the childhood neurological- immune crisis instead of adding to it. It looks
to this unbiased observer that adding to the vaccine mandates will very predictably increase childhood vaccine
injury and, more subtly, set the stage for adult onset auto-immune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and
multiple sclerosis.
The corruption and conflicts of interest in the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) are central to this
discussion because CDC is the great funder –and controller- of every state health department. Now, it is a
historical fact that the CDC officials met privately with officials from big pharma and discussed – conspired –
to conceal the clear link between vaccinations, vaccine mercury and the autism explosion of the 1990.
Documents revealing those discussions were released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and
reveal these coverup- conspiratorial discussions. See details in the attached article on Simpsonwood. The only
thing that saved them all from the cover-up totally unraveling was the big-media’s assistance. Big media kept
the public confused and mis-informed, telling us repeatedly that “there is no science” linking autism to the
vaccination programs. In America, evil reigns because of an unholy alliance between industry, government
(both federal and state levels) and the media, which is controlled by the ruling elite to a degree beyond most
people’s comprehension. After an informed person sees and understands the corruption in the CDC, why
should we ever again trust the pro-vaccine policies that come out of the CDC through the state departments
of health that it controls.
As others may also point out, vaccines are a particular category of drug and they are normally delivered
through a needle. Consumers should scrutinize every vaccine and they would any other drug that is proposed,
and they do that until they are scared and stampeded into agreeing to the vaccination by the existence of a
state mandate. The informed consent process is practically non-existence, and this one-size-fits-all version of
medicine gives short shrift to the possibility of an individual child’s and susceptibilities. This is the practice of
medicine at its worst.
It is also a monopolist’s fondest dream. The monopolist, in this case a vaccine maker, has the state and
federal government doing the marketing for it, pooh-poohing the safety concerns, hyping the benefits.
Further, the drug company monopolist does its own safety testing and the testing of a new vaccine is done
against another vaccine of dubious safety, not against a true placebo. Like the CDC, the FDA’s approval
process and surveillance process in tainted by conflicts of interest. FDA’s record of oversight of drugs and
vaccines has been abysmal, and the public’s confidence in the FDA’s ability to do its job is plummeting
towards zero.
It is against this grim backdrop that I am appalled to review this proposed increase to the vaccine mandates.
Contents of the chicken pox vaccine include dangerous ingredients such as glutamate (neurotoxic in higher
concentrations), gelatin (not at all safe in a vaccine) and DNA and protein from various animal and human
cells; the administration of a chicken pox vaccine prevents a child from getting safe, permanent immunity
from chicken pox and from getting the benefits to the immune system from learning to handle a routine
childhood infection. Thus, the chicken pox vaccine harms child health in several fundamental ways.
The hepatitis B vaccine is a particularly ugly, unsafe vaccine that harmed a large number of children. It still
contains”potassium aluminum sulphate, amorphous aluminum hydrophospahte sulfate, and formadehyde.
Our children do not need aluminum compounds or formaldehyde (a carcinogen) injected directed into their
bodies. Further, the targeted children – in child care – are largely not at risk for Hepatitis B because they are
not engaging in sexually promiscuous behavior or sharing drug needles.
Summary: this unfounded MDH proposal is sure to cause further harm to our children’s health status. Our
children are not suffering from a chicken pox disability or from Hepatitis B or A. They are suffering from
asthma, allergies, ADHD, autism and other chronic illnesses due, in the largest part, to vaccine injury. Only
the judge in this case is positioned to listen to the mix of testimony and act in defense of our children and
their health. The MDH itself is unable to restrain itself because it is, in essence, an agent of a very corrupt
CDC and agency which is, in actuality, closely intermingled with the pharmaceutical industry.

Congress mandated the FDA and other health agencies under its purview to
establish levels of heavy metals in pharmaceutical agents in the 1997 FDA
Modernization Act. The FDA and CDC were then obliged to study the issue of
Thimerosal toxicity. Their troubling findings were discussed at a meeting in June
2000 at the Simpsonwood Resort in Norcross, Georgia. The transcript of this
meeting, obtained by SafeMinds under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is
available here.
Comments as reported by the Detroit news have been distilled into a short form
here along with other pertinent highlights of this landmark meeting.
During this time period, the CDC continued to do their epidemiological studies on
Thimerosal toxicity from vaccines in children. Their first analysis (and from all
indications the most accurate of their efforts) obtained by SafeMinds under the
Freedom of Information Act must have been, as documented in the Simpsonwood
transcript, terribly disturbing to them. It showed a 2.48% increased risk of
neurodevelopmental disorders in children who had received the mercury laced
vaccines (see graph 3 at the top of page 15 of the above report).
Following their initial review, the CDC revised the data by including younger infants
(not yet diagnosed) and pulled in data that knowingly and dramatically under
reported autism rates (due to a poorly designed database) and used these "new"
calculations in the second and third drafts of this report. Internal e-mails from the
Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, obtained by SafeMinds under the Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA), appear to confirm this suspicion.
The addition of this knowingly flawed data allowed for a revised, and inaccurately
lower, rate of neurodevelopmental disorders/injury secondary to
Thimerosal/vaccine exposure.
