Terms & conditions of the Stallholder/Vendor
All stallholders/vendors must have a Policy that is current on 1st December 2014 that includes a min of
$10M public liability and $10M product liability.
The Highland Gathering has access to an insurance policy through the Hepburn Shire Council. The policy
will cover the Stallholder for the above liability at a cost of $50.00 (inc GST) The Stallholder application
includes a section to complete, should you wish to take advantage of this offer.
Stallholders without suitable public liability policy cannot trade.
Stallholders requiring more space will need to hire this extra space as per application form)
Stallholders receive two complimentary tickets with each booking. If more tickets are needed they can
be purchased.
All stallholders selling food MUST register with the Hepburn Shire Council under the Food Act.
