Bella Bridal Boot Camp
Each Boot Camp couple will be
offered a complimentary fitness
consultation to determine their
goals. High energy circuits of
strength, cardio, abs and core
designed for your fabulous
body. Pilates and Yoga will
help you glide down the aisle.
All couples are given specific
workout plans for other days
of the week to supplement the
boot camp.
Bella Bridal Fitness Program
Each fitness program includes
a complimentary consultation
for your fitness goals, fitness
program of your choice, access
to fitness center and pool, and
a workout plan for your off
days using equipment in the
fitness center. At Bella Collina,

Lana Meskill, Bella Fitness
Consultant
Lana has 15 years of certified
group fitness and personal
training experience. She will
develop a specific fitness plan
to provide the best body frame
for your individual needs.
She integrates nutrition with
strength, cardio, pilates, yoga
and the pool for a combined
wedding fitness approach.
Personal Sessions
Personal sessions include
one-on-one focused bridal
fitness training specific to
your body type. This custom
program is designed after
your complimentary fitness
consultation
and
goals
assessment. You will build a
beautiful body frame to carry
you through your wedding
day with ease. Sessions also
include a workout plan for
off days utilizing the fitness
center.

in our Luxury Couples Suite, detoxifying body treatments,

Stop in for an hour of express services to help energize you through the

DeStress Before the Dress
Take a break from all the planning to indulge and rejuvenate. This
package combines a 50 minute Swedish massage with a 50 minute
Antioxidant Body Glow to prepare for your wedding day.
Swedish Massage: The classic European treatment of long, smooth
strokes to release tension and achieve ultimate relaxation
Antioxidant Body Glow: A sugarcane scrub to exfoliate and remove
dead skin, followed by a dark mud mask to relieve aching joints, ease
inflammation, and help flush toxins. End with an antioxidant wine
moisturizer to nourish the skin.
