I will be exercising on a regular basis (At least 5 times per week)
I will be eating healthier foods while limiting the amount of junk food I eat (Add fruits & veggies, get rid of junk food)
I will be active in my daily life and with my family (Going on walks, actively playing with my kids, etc.)
I will get at least 7 hours of sleep per night on a regular basis

Letting work and other stuff get in the way of exercising
Not feeling like exercising
The winter months making it hard to exercise
Not having a healthy meal planned and than eating whatever
Not enjoying the taste of vegetables
Not having enough time to sleep 7 hours
What are some strategies to overcome the obstacles?
Put exercise on my calendar first and then plan around it
Set mini-goals to keep me motivated and reward myself as I reach them
Find a couple options for regular exercise in the winter
Plan meals at the beginning of the week and buy groceries to cook them
Find ways to prepare vegetables to make them taste better or add dips,
etc. to help them taste better
Make time for sleep. Know what time I have to go to sleep to get 7 hours
