THE WEEK OF MAY 15, 2015
Dear Parents,
Another wonderful school year is coming to a close. For the work of all our teachers,
our Assistant Principal, Mr. Thomas Meyer, Mrs. Dora Calderon and Mrs. Debbie
Rodriguez our front office persons, and the staff, I am truly grateful. And, to you
parents, my heartfelt thanks for your support of all our efforts. Our students have
learned much academically but also how to make their faith visible in all that they do,
in all the choices they make. This is a life long journey but they are on their way.
This school year, the St. Luke faculty has been working on the process for accreditation by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department which will take place
next school year. The critical document has been the Self Study; it is a major part of
the accreditation process. The visit by the accreditation team takes place in September. Keep our wonderful school in prayer.
I wish all our graduates, Class of 2015, a happy and healthy summer and an exciting
new beginning in August. Our graduates are well prepared for high school. And, a
very happy and safe summer to all our elementary and middle school students. Bless
you all. Read. Read. Read. Keep Skillful!
Sincerely,
(Mrs.) Marcella Salazar
