T h e G o v e r n o r w i t h t h e advice of t h e E x e c u t i v e Council m a y sell a n d g r a n t t h e several p o r t i o n s of l a n d s m e n t i o n e d i n Schedules A B C D E a n d F h e r e t o a n n e x e d to t h e respective persons whose n a m e s are set opposite t o s u c h p o r t i o n s of l a n d s i n t h e said Schedules respect ively w i t h o u t c o m p e t i t i o n i n fee simple at a price t o b e fixed b y a p p r a i s e m e n t i n accordance w i t h t h e provisions of t h e C r o w n L a n d s A l i e n a t i o n A c t of 1 8 6 1 s u c h price n o t b e i n g less t h a n e i g h t p o u n d s a n acre for t o w n l a n d s a n d one p o u n d a n acre for o t h e r l a n d s b u t s u c h a p p r a i s e m e n t shall n o t i n c l u d e a n y v a l u e for i m p r o v e m e n t s . 2. U p o n t h e issue of t h e g r a n t of t h e l a n d m e n t i o n e d i n Schedule D a n d hereby a u t h o r i z e d t o b e sold a n d g r a n t e d t h e l a n d a g r e e d t o be r e l i n q u i s h e d shall r e v e r t to H e r M a j e s t y as fully to all i n t e n t s a n d p u r p o s e s as if t h e s a m e h a d n o t b e e n conditionally p u r c h a s e d .
