Sea transport for 250 wheelchairs, DDP (including customs formalities) + insurance for delivery from supplier’s
warehouse to UNHRD warehouse in Dubai, including:

The packaging of all the component parts of a single product shall be marked with the Supplier reference.
Each package shall be marked with the following information:
- Package number (e.g. 3 / 4)
- Gross weight of package
- Package size
- Delivery slip containing the following information:

• Cardboard box packaging (quantity per box to be specified)
• Full container load from factory (no break-bulking) in 20' or 40' dry freight containers
• Customs formalities for exports
• Ship loading and sea transport to Dubai (Jebel Ali)
IMPORT DUBAI:
• Unloading and on-forwarding to Dubai in containers : delivery to UNHRD warehouse
• Customs duties (Dubai is a Free Zone for humanitarian imports)
