27th January 2017 Dear Parents Spanish Exchange First of all I would like to thank you for all your help in hosting the Spanish students who will arrive on Friday 24th February and who will stay with us until Saturday 4th March. Some of the Spanish students may never have been to England before, so it will be important to them to feel as ‘at home’ as possible with you. You will find an itinerary below detailing the excursions that the Spanish girls will take during their stay. Please note: A packed lunch should be provided only to Spanish students on the days indicated on the itinerary. Return from day trips is scheduled to enable students travelling by school bus to catch normal time or late buses. During the weekend, Spanish students should remain under host families’ supervision and there is no expectation from the Spanish School with regards to forms of entertainment. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further queries. Yours sincerely Mrs C Fisher Teacher i/c of Spanish [email protected] Spanish Exchange Itinerary 24th February – 4th March 2017 Friday 24th February Spanish party arrives at Heathrow Airport at 6.10pm (flight VY7100).
