Spanish Exchange - St Helen and St Katharine

27th January 2017
Dear Parents
Spanish Exchange
First of all I would like to thank you for all your help in hosting the Spanish students who
will arrive on Friday 24th February and who will stay with us until Saturday 4th March.
Some of the Spanish students may never have been to England before, so it will be
important to them to feel as ‘at home’ as possible with you.
You will find an itinerary below detailing the excursions that the Spanish girls will take
during their stay. Please note:
 A packed lunch should be provided only to Spanish students on the days indicated
on the itinerary.
 Return from day trips is scheduled to enable students travelling by school bus to
catch normal time or late buses.
 During the weekend, Spanish students should remain under host families’
supervision and there is no expectation from the Spanish School with regards to
forms of entertainment.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further queries.
Yours sincerely
Mrs C Fisher
Teacher i/c of Spanish

the behaviour of their Spanish exchange partners. The meeting point before and after outings and whenever
required, is the Atrium.
