Standard Work Week:
The University work week begins at 12:01 am Sunday and ends at 12:00 midnight
on Saturday. It is expected that a full time employee at Schreiner University
will work at least forty (40) hours each week. Exempt personnel work with the
expectations that hours may be extended if required by position responsibilities
without overtime pay. Nonexempt personnel who work over forty (40) hours in a
given work week will be paid one and one-half times their regular rate of pay for
those hours worked over forty (40) in a given work week.
