ThinStak® Shelving
ThinStak® is a space-efficient storage solution that maximizes filing capacity by keeping documents organized
and accessible in medical, educational or business office settings while utilizing a fraction of the floor space.
ThinStak® has the flexibility to store a variety of materials, including letter, legal, X-ray, mammogram, and MediFile® folders, binders, books, and CD-sized media.
ThinStak® is highly configurable and can easily be expanded by adding additional tiers for increased storage
space. When compared to a lateral filing cabinet, ThinStak® units can increase the amount of storage by more
than 50% while occupying 27% less floor space.
This system is also designed to work with TrakSlider™ and MobileTrak® systems to create a high-density storage solution.

Datum’s Vu-Stak® filing system provides the solution to your open-shelf filing needs, allowing the most efficient use
of valuable floor space. For use in conjunction with color-coded side tab folders, all Vu-Stak® tiers come with fixed
welded dividers and a sleek profile, making it an ideal choice for letter, legal or X-ray file storage.
Tiers can be configured up to six levels high for X-ray file jacket storage and up to eight levels high for letter and
legal document storage. Whether slanted or straight, all Vu-Stak® tiers are easy to assemble and can be expanded
or reconfigured at any time.

Slant Tiers
Vu-Stak® Slant Tiers’ unique modular design combined with a 55° angled shelf
result in increased file recognition and visibility for error-free filing and faster retrieval. Available in letter or legal depth, Slant Tiers save valuable floor
space because they do not protrude as far as standard tier shelving. Slant
Tiers can be combined with Datum’s TrakSlider™ system for maximum filing
efficiency.
Straight Tiers
Vu-Stak® Straight Tiers allow individual shelves to be stacked up to eight
levels, creating custom solutions for unique storage needs. Stackable
shelving allows for maximum use of floor space and additional shelves
can be added at any time for greater expandability. Available in X-ray, letter and legal sizes, Vu-Stak® Straight Tiers can be combined with Datum’s
TrakSlider™ system to increase your options to meet your storage needs
and budget.

TrakSlider™ Systems
ThinStak® and Vu-Stak® units are designed to be used with TrakSlider™ Systems to create a modular storage solution
that grows as capacity requirements increase. TrakSlider™ Systems can more than double storage capacity by
converting stationary files into movable systems that require just a fraction of the original floor space.
Datum’s unique design increases user efficiency by eliminating fixed aisles between shelves that can reduce valuable
retrieval time. Simply start with stationary ThinStak® or Vu-Stak® units and add on as needed. The modular track allows
for easy expansion from stationary units to a BiSlider, TriSlider, or QuadSlider unit. TrakSlider™ Systems track can also
be expanded laterally for additional capacity as needed.
All Datum ThinStak® and Vu-Stak® tiers can be combined with TrakSlider™ Systems to improve storage capacity,
access and retrieval of stored contents.

For larger capacity applications, combine Datum’s MobileTrak® and
ThinStak® or Vu-Stak® tiers to reduce floor space requirements by up
to 50%. Fixed shelves require additional aisles for access between
units, MobileTrak5® eliminates all but one movable aisle by attaching
shelving to heavy-duty rolling carriages.
ThinStak® and Vu-Stak® tiers are perfect for use in conjunction with
Datum’s MobileTrak® Systems. Their unique, low-profile shelves help
to reduce the overall height of the MobileTrak® System which allows
ceiling restrictions and fire code requirements to be addressed
without sacrificing capacity. Contents stored on the top shelf are also
more easily accessed.
