The Texas State Conference of NAACP Branches will host its 79th annual convention. October 6-8, 2016,
at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2910 S Cowhorn Creek Loop, Texarkana, TX 75503.
The convention will have a variety of events important to business owners, voters, and individuals seeking
employment and/or purchasing opportunities with the State of Texas. We are planning a HUB Fair and
workshops that deal with health, economic resurgence in minority communities, media strategies, disaster
relief, technology, education and many other topics.
We solicit your participation at the convention and ask that you purchase a booth and/or advertisement in our
souvenir booklet. Our goal is to establish partnerships between the Texas NAACP, State Agencies, Business
Institutions, and Community Organizations. The convention will provide an excellent opportunity for the
grass-root citizens to meet and/or get better acquainted with the services and products provided by your
Agency. Enclosed is information on booth registration and souvenir booklet advertisement.
If your agency requires a purchase order, please send PO with your order form or you may fax your request.

Cost of Booths: $400.00 includes two Banquet and two luncheon tickets.

No artwork will be returned. Ads may emailed to [email protected]. All ads must be received prior to
September 26, 2016 & booth deadline 9/30th. There will be no exceptions! Make checks payable to the TEXAS STATE
NAACP. Booth set up will begin on Thursday, October 6th at 12:00 PM. Exhibits will be open on Friday and Saturday 9:00
AM to 4:00 PM. Booths will be dismantled on Saturday, October 8th, at 4:00 PM. Please direct questions to
