Stan Rumford, Information Technology Manager
“I greatly enjoy providing customers with access to the best technology available to make their banking
experience as convenient, efficient and satisfying as possible. As technology evolves, new methods and
avenues open up, offering customers increased options for transacting and monitoring their financial
activities. In this regard, our goal at Exchange Bank is to consistently stay on top of new developments
and incorporate technological advances into our system, all the while maintaining our focus on
delivering personalized, hometown service and attention.”
In his role as Information Technology Manager, Stan’s main responsibility is to ensure that end
users and customers can easily obtain the information they need when they need it. This
involves constantly upgrading hardware and software to keep up with ever-changing
expectations and demands. Stan has held his current position since 2007 and has been
instrumental in not only implementing, but helping drive Exchange Bank’s forward-thinking,
state-of-the-art technological concepts and programs. He has resided in Atchison County for 38
years, making his home in the City of Atchison for 18 years and the remainder in the community
of Lancaster. In addition to his widespread involvement in numerous Bank-sponsored
community activities, he serves as a member of the Advisory Committee for Highland
Community College’s Technical Center in Atchison.
