Stan Rumford, Information Technology Manager “I greatly enjoy providing customers with access to the best technology available to make their banking experience as convenient, efficient and satisfying as possible. As technology evolves, new methods and avenues open up, offering customers increased options for transacting and monitoring their financial activities. In this regard, our goal at Exchange Bank is to consistently stay on top of new developments and incorporate technological advances into our system, all the while maintaining our focus on delivering personalized, hometown service and attention.” In his role as Information Technology Manager, Stan’s main responsibility is to ensure that end users and customers can easily obtain the information they need when they need it. This involves constantly upgrading hardware and software to keep up with ever-changing expectations and demands. Stan has held his current position since 2007 and has been instrumental in not only implementing, but helping drive Exchange Bank’s forward-thinking, state-of-the-art technological concepts and programs. He has resided in Atchison County for 38 years, making his home in the City of Atchison for 18 years and the remainder in the community of Lancaster. In addition to his widespread involvement in numerous Bank-sponsored community activities, he serves as a member of the Advisory Committee for Highland Community College’s Technical Center in Atchison.
