Dear Parents, HAPPY EASTER! May the blessing of the Risen Christ be always with us and all of loved ones. Frederickson Early Learning Center C asc ad e Ch ri st ia n Extended Preschool D r ag o n f ly C l a s s ro o m March was a busy month for our Dragonfly class. We really had fun doing “Green Day”. We used green art materials for projects. We had green milk, green apples and green cupcakes ( Thank you, Eva’s Mom: Mrs. Cardona! ). We read “Green Eggs and Ham”. And, everybody was wearing something green! For Missions Week, Korea was the country chosen for Preschool classes to put up a display. Thank you to Elisabeth’s Family: Mr. and Mrs. Cho for loaning us some of their beautiful things from Korea. Also, thank you for all the families for sending their coins for the Penny Drive. Our class picture and spring portraits will be coming out soon. For April, we will be learning about GARDENING for the first two weeks. We will talk about how God lovingly provides everything that plants need in order to grow. For the third week, we will be focusing on the EASTER STORY and why we celebrate Easter. The last week will be about PETS ~ that God wants us to be responsible for and to protect our pets. We will have so much fun with the lessons and activities that are planned for our class! As always, I appreciate your support. Please continue reinforcing what skills your child has been working on and is still practicing, as well as those he/she has become proficient in. I would like to THANK YOU again for attending the Parent/Teacher Conference.
