China Town and Little Italy. We will also have plenty of time to explore Central Park and walk about the busy city
visiting one of New York’s latest creations the High Line Park. High Line Park is an old railway line that runs through the

June is the perfect time to visit New York City, not to hot and before the summer rush. Our tour offers
up many interesting photo opportunities while visiting the city.
In the photography world there is no such thing as a New York minute, there’s just to much to see
and capture. Most tours offer two nights in the city and we felt it was not enough when traveling so far.
“As a special feature of this special New York Weekend, we will be joined by photographer B. D.
Colen, who for the past 16 years has been teaching documentary photography at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology (MIT), in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Colen spent 10 years working on a project
on Boston subway riders, has worked for NGOs in Haiti and Liberia, and has had work published in
numerous US newspapers and magazines. For those of you interested in “street photography,” having
him with us in the international street photography capital should be a real treat.” B.D. and I are pleased
to welcome you on our New York Photo Tour. We know you will enjoy this unique experience and come
away with many great images of the city.
