“CITI CASHBACK CARD ACQUISITION PROGRAM WITH TROLLEY BAG” TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Program Scope: The “Citi CashBack Card Acquisition Program with Trolley Bag” is applicable at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for primary cardholders of Citi Cash Back Card. 2. Program Period: From July 01, 2016 to December 31, 2016 3. Eligible Products: Citi CashBack Credit cards issued by Citibank in Vietnam. 4. Promotion details: New CMs can receive maximum 01 Trolley Bag (20 inch) when customer satisfies all terms and conditions of Eligible Customers in Article 5 as below until stock last Estimated 10,000 trolley bags while stock last 5. Eligible Customers: Retail customers must meet all of the following conditions: Customers who apply for a primary Citi CashBack by completing the credit card application and submitting all required supporting documents during the Program Period and get the card approved by Citibank ; Customers must not be an existing Citibank cardmembers (PremierMiles, Cash Back, Ready Credit, Citibank-ACE Life and Rewards); Customers must not close any Citibank card (PremierMiles, Cash Back, Ready Credit, ACE Life and Rewards) in the last 3 months before and during to the Program period; Customer must pay full Joining Fee; Customer must have at least one spending (retail or cash) on Citi CashBack Card within 60 days from card booking date on Citibank system; Customers must be in good credit standing at the end of the program; Customers must not be Citibank staff; and Customers must not be US citizens or US Residents Customers who participate into the “Citi Cashback Card Acquisition Program with Trolley Bag” promotion are not entitled to participate into the “Acquisition Program with Trolley Bag and Movie Ticket”” promotion applied for Citi CashBack and Citi Ready Credit Cards and vice versa. Important notice: Customer is ONLY eligible for promotion after paying full joining fee and meets all the Terms & Conditions for the promotion. 6. Gift: One customer can receive maximum one trolley bag from the program. A trolley bag has value 1.500.000 VND Eligible customer will receive 01 trolley bag while stocks last 7. Redemption Method: Customer will receive SMS notification to receive trolley bag within 1 month since the first eligible spending has made. Customers to come to Receptionist once received SMS notification to receive trolley bag. Customer list is to be published online on Citibank website 8. Redemption of Gifts : Eligible Customer must bring ID/ Passport/ Notification SMS to below address during working hours 8.30 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday to receive the gifts: In Hanoi, Citibank N.A. Ha Noi Branch International Center, 1st Floor, 17 Ngo Quyen Street, Ha Noi, Vietnam In Ho Chi Minh, Ground Floor, 72B Tran Quoc Toan, Dist.3 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Redemption of gift must be made during specific period informed by Citibank via SMS notification to customer’s registered mobile number with Citibank. Citibank will not handle any dispute related to redemption of the Gift after the Redemption Period, Customer have up to 90 days to claim the gift(s), from the day the customer firstly receives the confirmation SMS. Citibank will not process any complaints that come after the above mentioned 90 days or/and after customer already received the gifts. Redemption of the Gift is only up to maximum number of Rewards of the whole Program as specified in Article 4 in these Terms and Conditions. 9. Eligible Customer must not close the card within (03) three months from the date the Program ends or been considered by Citibank, at its own authority, not in good credit standing, Citibank reserves the right to charge back value of the Gifts that he/she had redeemed successfully (if any) and debit such amount to any account he/she owns at Citibank. 10. Citibank is not the suppliers of the Trolley bags. The products are sold and services are provided solely by the relevant vendors, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors, and Citibank accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by Citibank and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by Citibank. Eligible Customer will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the supplier of these products/services. In case of any inquires or disputes related to the products/services, Eligible Customer must contact the suppliers directly. 11. Citibank reserves the sole and exclusive right to refuse giving the Trolley bag to any Eligible Customer considering he/she does not or refuses to provide Citibank with clear and complete supporting documents or violates any part of these Terms and Conditions of the Program. 12. Citibank may contact the Eligible Customer via phone number/email registered with Citibank for further information/clarification or additional documents. 13. In case of our reasonable discretion, Citibank reserves the sole and exclusive right to change the Trolley bag to any other promotional items of similar value, but should not exceed the value indicated in Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions in any case. 14. Unless otherwise provided in this Terms & Conditions, Citibank is not liable for any clear or implied agreement or guarantee about quality and conformity of the Trolley bag. Citibank holds no responsibility in case the Trolley bag is not redeemed successfully during Program Period. 15. Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates will be not liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect and derivative loss) or any personal incidents incurred from the participation of this Program or from the receipts or usage of the Trolley bag unless liabilities specified under applicable laws. 16. By receiving or accepting the Trolley bag, Eligible Customer or receiver agrees to ensure and hold Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates harmless against claims, actions, sues, judges, damages, loss, cost which may incur or any liability for Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates in connection with the participation of this Program or receiving and using the Trolley bag. 17. Citibank holds no responsibility in relation to any tax incurred from the Trolley bag. Any tax or tax return for Tax Agency incurred from the receiving of the Trolley bag is the responsibility of the Eligible Customer. Eligible Customer himself/herself is liable for consulting with the experts about possibly incurred tax. 18. These Terms & Conditions have been written in both Vietnamese and English versions. The Vietnamese version shall prevail in case of discrepancies and/or inconsistencies. In case of dispute, Citibank’s decision is final. By participating in the program, Customer by default accepts all Terms and Conditions of the Program as listed above.
