The Aquafun Centre offers a variety of programs to meet the fitness
needs of the community. These include:
Aquafit: Aerobic Fitness in the water, instructed by Aquafun Centre staff. This
program is offered 4 days per week at a variety of times to choose from. We lead
the activity but you are responsible for how hard your heart pumps.
Times: Monday 6:10 – 7:00 pm

Adult Swim: Whether for fitness or relaxation, for those aged 18 or older, the Aquafun Centre is a great place to unwind.

Fitness Swim: The 25 m pool is available to lane swimmers and aquajoggers. Also,
relax in our hot tub, sauna, or steam room.

Senior Swim: The entire facility is open for seniors aged 55+ for swimming,
A separate $50.00 Uniform is required for all players in U12, U14, U16 & U18
New this year, special requests allowed only for siblings.

The Taber Vipers Swim Club is a club for children
and youth ages five to eighteen.

This club that provides opportunities for girls and boys to
develop their swimming skills in a fun environment and be
trained to compete at swim meets.

Swim club goes from May 1st until Provincials in mid August.


The Kinsmen is a service group which has partnered with the community to do projects such as:
Kinsmen Chin Park, Taber Public Library, Taber
Skate Park, MD of Taber Park playground equipment & ice rink, Free Friday night public skating,
and Taber Senior’s Annual Awards dinner, just to
name a few.
The Taber Club has a dinner Meeting every other
Wednesday @ 7 PM (September-June). This is a
great way help make Taber a great place to live,
while meeting new friends, business contacts and
enjoy a lot of social events.

TABER MINOR HOCKEY

Registration: is Registration for upcoming Sep ‐ Mar season will be of February 28 (5‐8PM) & March 2 (9am‐1pm) @ the Community Centre. There is a late registration in early September (if needed). See our web‐
site or the Taber Times in late February and August for our ad with addi‐
tional specific information Registrations after season has started may be accepted depending on availability of player positions and AMH rules. Pre‐season 3on3 Tournament: held in early September and is open to most age groups. Warm‐up Camp: is held for 2 weeks in mid‐September and pre‐
registration is required to participate. Mainstream Hockey teams: range from 5‐18 years of age and are made up of various skill levels. Pond Hockey: a registered program open to all youth ages 4‐18 as an alternative to the “mainstream” hockey program. This is once a week with no travel. Taber Public Library

every month except during July and August. Movies start at 6:45!

of five must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the
program. Kids can also participate in colouring, play dough and
lego centres on craft days.
