Tell me I'm not the only one with a sore right shoulder from using a good ole hammer and nails. While I quite enjoy old school tools, I am dearly missing my nailer. It's at our cabin. I am missing my nailer so much, that on Saturday, at Blue, I longingly held a Dewalt Cordless Nailer, one that operates off the same batteries as my drill. And I thought of all the possibilities - crown moulding without dragging an air compressor in the house (and dragging a dirty air hose acrossed the house), building inside when the garage is freezing cold, bringing the nailer with me when I go to workshops and help friends out, what wouldn't I use it for? AND I only have a 16 gauge nailer, so shooting nails under 1" is not an option. This one goes down to 1/2". I could use it for cabinet doors . . . Then I weighed the downside. The main downside - $306. And it was quite heavy. And I was unsure if the nailer would keep up. Would it shoot nails as well as a pneumatic nailer? Have this nailer? Got answers? I'd love to hear your opinion here. You must stop back by and check them out later this week - I know you are going to love them as much as I do! In the meantime, I wanted to finish plans for the Mod Modular Office Collection Project Desk. This table is about counter height, perfect for crafting.
