Align and Flow- A light-hearted flowing practice that links breath and movement with a focus on physical alignment.
Align and Roll- A light-hearted practice that teaches specific techniques for self massage and healthy fascia using therapy balls.
Anusara Yoga - Combines a life-affirming philosophy with a refined system of physical alignment. A heart-opening theme is woven through each class.
Ashtanga Primary Series -The key elements that define the Ashtanga method are synchronized, rhythmic movement, precision of breath, utilization of bandha in combination
with drishti and alignment, and an unchanging sequence of asanas that induces a meditative trance once memorized and practiced ritualistically. The combination of these elements
generates a primordial inner fire, which detoxifies the body, purifies the nadis, and clears the path for the awakening of Kundalini.
Ashtanga All Levels - This class is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series class but is accessible to all levels, including beginners interested in learning the Primary Series.
Beginning Yoga - Learn the basics of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Appropriate for absolute beginners. No experience or flexibility required!
Candlelight Flow & Restore- Taught in a candlelit room, similar to classical Vinyasa Flow class, but with longer held poses. You will have the opportunity to align the body,
quiet the mind and strengthen the muscles. You will sweat! Classes will close with a delicious Restorative pose and Savasana.
Community Class- A quality, reduced price class, taught by newer teachers. Appropriate for all levels.
Core Strength Vinyasa- A Vinyasa Flow class with longer hold that emphasize core strength. Learn to use waves to move freely from inner body to outer body full
expression. Begins with Shaktipat Meditation.
Forrest Yoga- A strong and compassionate practice, created by master yogini Ana Forrest, that brings a sense of freedom and connection to spirit.
Gentle Yoga- A slower-paced class with plenty of time to breathe with guided stretching, body awareness, core strengthening and relaxation.
Hatha- a mindful movement class that alternates between fiery postures that build strength and cooling restorative poses that soothe the nervous system.
Kundalini Yoga- A dynamic practice which utilizes breath work, mantra, mudras, asana and body locks to
repair the nervous system, balance the glandular system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. Each class will include a kriya, deep relaxation and meditation.
Power Vinyasa- A challenging yoga series (most classes are based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga style). Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Expect to
move and sweat. Room is heated to 90 degrees.
Prenatal Yoga- A gentle class exploring breath, sound, and movement to maintain comfort and health during pregnancy, labor and birth. Prepare your body, mind and spirit
to welcome your baby into the world. $15
Relax Deeply - An environment of support and safety, encouraging students to surrender and allow themselves to rest and recover. Though the class is quite simple and
involves very little movement, it's dynamic and exciting in a soft and loving way. Jodie also brings her voice to sessions, chanting and singing to help integrate and deepen
sensations of being connected, both to the self and the earth.
Vinyasa / Vinyasa Flow - A vigorous, flowing practice that links breath with movement and is often accompanied by music. Water bottle and towel recommended.
Yoga Nidra- A gentle warm up followed by guided meditation that combines awareness with deep relaxation. Ideal for dealing with stress, insomnia, grief and chronic conditions.
Yin Yoga & Meditation- Consists of seated and reclining poses that are held passively for 3-7 minutes. This style is complementary to a more active yoga practice, as it
provides the balance of stillness. Helpful for anyone suffering from low energy or stress. Apporpriate for all levels.
