the development of a
hotel comprising 8,159
m2 of accommodation
space (357 bedrooms)
and associated parking
vehicle access, and
landscaping.

Planned
This Project is now Registered with the Considerate
Constructors Scheme. We
aim to keep you updated
with what is happening
and when, so as to have as
little as possible impact on
our neighbours.
Works have been progressing well since the last
Newsletter. At present the
Piling works are well underway with a completion
date target of 29th March
for this. Tower crane bases have been poured and
the cranes are due on site
for erection starting 22nd
March for the 1st crane
and 29th March for the
2nd crane. Our material
deliveries and waste removal continue via the
site entrance on Bassingbourn Road.
We continue to manage
our carbon footprint in
relation to our Site Waste
Management Plan where
waste is site segregated.
