STAGE
Stage Dimensions:
-30' wide x 20' deep x 4' high with a small wing on stage right for cases or an instrument tech.
-Trim height is 18’ from stage to bottom of upstage truss
-Distance to FOH: 38’
Back Drop Bars:
-20’ battons on motors that can be lowered from the upstage truss to hang backdrops
-10.5’ battons on pulleys on the sides to hang side drops

Main Speaker Enclosures:
The House speaker system is comprised of a flown McCauley MLA5 Line Array System. The main
house system is a stereo, quad amplified 4-way format. All parts of the flying have been critically tested
and certified by an independent engineering firm.

PASSES
-The Fox Theatre will honor touring passes and can supply house passes upon request.
-The Fox Theatre must uphold to the Colorado Liquor laws and ID every individual who comes in and
out of the venue. Once we have checked your ID you must receive a wristband that informs our staff
that you are 21 years of age.
-If someone in your touring band or crew is under the age of 21, please contact Karen Shaviv and we
will take the proper course of action.
MAIN DRESSING ROOM
-Our main dressing room is located directly beneath the stage and is approximately 30'x20' in size.
-The green room has an assortment of couches and armchairs, a full size table, a coffee table,
refrigerator, a water cooler with a hot water valve and coffee/tea assortment.
-This room is also equipped with a private restroom. There are no showers or laundry available.
SECONDARY DRESSING ROOM
-We have a support dressing room located next to the balcony across the venue. Artists must walk
through the crowd or around the building to get to the stage from this dressing room.
-This room is equipped with a couch, table, cooler, mini fridge, and restroom facilities.
-With advanced notice, this room can be used as a touring crew room or a VIP balcony section for
guests of the band.
PRODUCTION OFFICE
-An extra desk equipped with a chair, phone line, and Ethernet line is available in the Fox offices
located upstairs across the venue. Xerox and fax machines are also available in house.
-High Speed Wireless Internet is also available throughout the venue.

MERCHANDISE
-We have (1) merchandise area available located at the front of the venue. This is a high traffic area
that is well lit and secure.
-The house withholds an 8.845% city sales tax on all merchandise sold (including recorded material) and
an additional 15% house commission on all non-music items sold in the venue.
-With advance notice, a house seller can be arranged. The venue charges $50 vs. 5% to pay the seller.
Please contact the production manager, Will Totte, if a seller is needed.
-We kindly ask you to sell or hand out any stickers ONLY after the show has ended.
HOSPITALITY
-The Fox Theatre provides a dinner buyout for touring headliners. Please advance with hospitality
coordinator, Lyndsey.
-Please send your updated hospitality requests to [email protected] and we’ll do our best to
accommodate all requests within the agreed upon hospitality budget.
PARKING
-Please advance your parking needs with our production manager, Will Totte.
-Our parking spots are located off of 12th Street and College Ave, down the street from the venue.
These spots are marked off with white “NO PARKING” signs.
-The earliest these spots are available is 9am the morning of your show. Please let us know your
estimated arrival time so we can let you know the availability of the spaces. It is possible to reserve
the spaces prior to 9am on show day with advance notice. You may remain in the spaces until 9am
the morning after your show. If you wish to stay longer, provided we don't need the spaces for
another show, it will be your responsibility to pay for the spaces ($20 per space for the day).
-We do not have shore power. Generator use in the artist parking spaces is permitted without restriction,
however.

TRANSPORTATION
We are accommodating to all types of transportation needs on a show-by-show basis.
RUNNER
-If your specific event does not have a budget for a runner, with advance notice one can still be
provided.
-The cost is $150 for local ground transportation in a personal car.
-Airport runs can be arranged as well for any size party. Please contact Will Totte for pricing.
-Settlement for the runner will be between the tour manager and the Fox Theatre's manager on duty if
the runner is in the contract. If it is not in the contract, settlement for the runner will be between the tour
manager and runner. It will be your responsibility to pay for the runner.
