Orange Creamcicle
Smoothie
Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cups nonfat vanilla yoghurt
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
or fresh squeezed juice
1 banana
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Combine and blend all ingredients
until smooth.
Serve with a wedge of orange
( makes two eight ounce servings )
