AsanathletewhowillbecompetingforAustraliaatthiseventyouareentitledtoweartheofficialAustralian
Taekwondofitout,whichcomprises:ŸTracksuitŸPoloShirtsŸShortsŸDobokŸBelt.Howeveryouwillneed
to purchase these through STAL’s supplier by using the attached Order Form, which also has the itemised
costs.
For Tracksuit, Polo and Shorts, you will need to select your size for each article that you purchase, and a
Clothing Sizing Chart is provided to assist you. Referring to the Sizing Chart, the way to do this for your
gender/agegroupis:
• Women:MatchunderUNITEDKINGDOMsizingyourAustraliansizeandconvertthistothecorresponding
USsize.ForexampleifyouareaWomenSize12or14,thecorrespondingsizecodeinUSsizesis‘M’and
thisisprefixedontheOrderFormwitha‘W’forWomenandcodedinthedropdownsizeselectionmenu
asW-M.Wealsoaskthatyoudouble-checkthecorrespondingchest,waistandhipmeasurementsinthe
charts.
• Men:YoursizingwillbeidenticaltoUSsizing.ForexampleifyouareaMenSizeM,thisisprefixedonthe

HOW TO MEASURE
1 CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
2 WAIST
Measure around the narrowest point of your waist, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
3 HIP
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of your hip, keeping the tape parallel to
the floor.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
In cases where your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size f or a looser fit.
Bottom fit: If your body measurements for hip and waist result in two different suggested sizes, you’re better off going with the size from your
hip measurement.
Top fit: If your body measurement for chest and waist result in two different suggested sizes, you’re better off going with the size from your
chest measurement.
