8:30 a.m.
10 a.m. AIDS Walk New York Begins!
Sign-In Opens
Turn in funds and pick up your Fundraising Awards.
9 a.m.
Aerobic Warm-Up
Join 30,000 fellow supporters in the 6.2-mile walk.
Remember: It's not a race, so take your time and soak
in the beauty of Central Park. Enjoy an assortment of
refreshments and snacks available at each of our four
checkpoints. Music and fun performances will
entertain you along the route.
Finish Line Festivities At the Finish Line,
walkers receive a hearty congratulations, a Certificate
of Completion, and lots of delicious refreshments!
Get energized and stretch your muscles before you
begin your 10k journey.

Post-Walk Concert
Alex Newell from “Glee” and Broadway Star Nick Adams
energize the participants.
Listen as celebrities and AIDS activists address the
crowd with messages of congratulations and
encouragement. Enjoy great musical performances.
Most importantly, hear stirring personal testimonies
from people living with HIV and AIDS, who are
directly served by the money you raise.

After you cross the finish line, celebrate your
accomplishments, refresh, relax, and dance to the
music of New York’s finest DJs and bands at the
AIDS Walk stage in Central Park!

If you can, please convert cash to a money order or
personal check made out to “AWNY” or “AIDS Walk
New York.”

Total the two columns on your Sponsor Form,
indicating “Total Pledge” and “Total Collected PreWalk.” If you have “Matching Gift $,” please
indicate the total from that column in your “Total
Collected Pre-Walk” column. If you have raised
money online, you do not need to indicate that on
your Sponsor Form.

For a smooth sign-in process, please follow these steps:

Bring your Sponsor Form, your online fundraising
report (if you have one), and all of the contributions
you have collected with you to the AIDS Walk.

Arrive at the AIDS Walk between 8:30 a.m. and
9 a.m. Enter the park at 59th Street and 5th Avenue
and turn in your pledges at the Sign-In tables, which
are arranged alphabetically by last name (see map).
EARLY SIGN-IN
Turn in your contributions and/or pick up your awards at the AIDS Walk office on
Wednesday, May 13, Thursday, May 14, and Friday, May 15, between 8 a.m. and
8 p.m. We are located at 446 West 33rd Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10001.

GOLD TEAM MEMBERS
You must enter at 59th Street and 5th Avenue and go to the
Sign-In tables to turn in your Sponsor Form and contributions.
Do not turn in funds at your Team Meeting Station. After you
have signed in, volunteers will direct you to the Team Meeting
Area.
Enter the park at 72nd Street and 5th Avenue and go directly to
the Gold Team Meeting Area (Rumsey Field).
STAR WALKERS
2015
Enter the park at 59th Street and 5th Avenue,
bypass the Sign-In tables, and go directly to the
special Star Walkers Club Sign-In tent at the top
of East Drive (see map).
PAPERLESS SIGN-IN
Registered walkers who have fundraised online only and have
NO CASH OR CHECKS to turn in at the event can sign in at the
Apple Store at 59th Street and 5th Avenue.
Any walkers who arrive with cash and checks should go to
General Sign-In to turn in those donations.
