Referral Program Rules
A. All active Prime Driver Associates (A, B1, B2, and C Seats) are eligible to receive pay. The referrer
and the referee (recruit) must both be active drivers running under Prime’s Authority as either a
company driver employee in a Prime-owned truck or an independent contractor who is leasing a
truck from Success Leasing. (Drivers with ACE lease or lease purchase trucks do not qualify.)
B. In order for you to be eligible for a free truck for one year, or for one calendar quarter of payments
applied to your current lease, 75% of the new associates that you receive a referral credit from must
qualify as a solo or lead seat driver when they start.
C. Credits will be earned once referred associate has been active at Prime, Inc. for 90 days.
D. To receive referral credit, it is important that you are identified to Prime’s Recruiting Department
as the person responsible for each referral prior to the new associate arriving in Springfield, MO for
New Associate Orientation. New recruit will determine who receives referral credit in cases of
multiple referrals. Credit will be determined by information given by recruit from initial contact with
recruiter.
E. Qualification date of new associate must fall within the time restraints of the contest.
F. Prime’s obligations to this program ceases when the referring or referred party are no longer
active drivers at Prime, Inc.
G. Winning associates are responsible for applicable taxes.
H. The person being referred must run under Prime’s operating authority, as a company driver
employee or be an independent contractor who is leasing a truck from Success Leasing.
