ELF AND EGGNOG 5K

This year we are featuring a 5K Eggnog Challenge, a 5K, and a 1 Mile Fun Run! The 5K Eggnog Challenge will consist of stops
throughout the run, where only those with the strongest of guts, will accept the challenge of drinking eggnog throughout the
race. Bring your pointed shoes and your best elf attire, and celebrate the holiday season with a cup of EGGNOG!!!
8:00am = Registration
8:30am = 5K Eggnog Challenge & 5K
Run starts
9:15am = 1 Mile Fun Run starts
9:45am = Awards
Awards for Top 3 Male/Female in 5K Challenge
& Top 3 Male/Female in 5K Run & Best
Dressed Male/Female Elf
5K - $25 includes a T-Shirt if registered by
11/24/2014, afterwards, T-shirts cannot be
guaranteed

I know that running/walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability
to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with the event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such
risks being known and appreciated by me. By having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, waive any and all claims to myself and my heir against officials,
volunteers, and/or sponsors of the Chase County Chamber for any injury or illness which may directly or indirectly result from my participation. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs,
motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
