Farm Bureau Deal
Farm Bureau members are entitled to discounts on vision services or
products using the Coast-to-Coast system.
How does it work? (Nutshell Version)
Members identify an eye care provider that participates in the Coast-toCoast program and then depending on what is purchased, receives a
discount at the cash register using Farm Bureau Coast-to-Coast group
number - #102.
Other Information? (Broader Version)
All Farm Bureau members are entitled to discounts on vision services or products using the Coast-to-Coast system.
Members can simply follow three steps.
Step 1: Identify a participating provider in your area by looking at the list below or (for the newest information)
calling 800-800-7616 or by going to
http://www.mymemberportal.com/groups/premium/providers/details.aspx?id=4622 for most updated
information. Click on Providers (Stethoscope) icon at top of page. Type in in your zip code for local
providers then click on “Download Providers”.
Step 2: “Very Important” Just to make sure, give the vision provider a call and confirm that they are a
participating Coast-to-Coast provider and ask what specific discounts are included.
Step 3: Remind cashier of your discount when paying. There shouldn’t be any additional forms to fill out. You
simply get the discount (kind of like having a coupon).
*The previous list of providers may begin or discontinue their participation with Coast-to Coast at any time.
